What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a completely natural state of deep relaxation and heightened focus that you experience frequently. For instance, it occurs when you drive to your destination without recalling the route, or when you become so absorbed in a book or movie that you lose track of your surroundings. In this state, your mind may wander off, but you can easily refocus when prompted. During hypnosis, your alpha and theta brainwaves take over, enhancing your ability to vividly imagine the positive changes you wish to see in your life.
