Anxiety
Anxiety and stress is a common occurrence in life, particularly in response to short-term situations such as exams or job interviews. This is considered normal, and individuals typically return to their natural state without any lasting negative effects.
However, when these feelings become excessive and ongoing, repeatedly activating the stress response and causing us to live in a constant state of "fight or flight," we may feel overwhelmed and unable to cope.

For those who suffer from anxiety, the experience can be exhausting, frustrating, scary and debilitating. Symptoms can include constant worry, catastrophizing, dizziness, nausea and sleep disturbances.
The good news is that anxiety isn't hardwired, and change is possible. The brain is constantly rewiring itself based on sensory and imaginary input, a process known as neuroplasticity. Hypnotherapy allows individuals to enter the REM brainwave state and make positive changes.
