Sleep Issues 

Getting enough sleep is an essential requirement of a healthy lifestyle. While asleep, your body repairs itself and replenishes your energy levels. Sleep is also essential for reducing stress hormones, regulating appetite hormones, and promoting immune system function. 

 

Having a hard time sleeping can cause several issues, such as heightened sleep anxiety, decreased memory function, increased irritability, decreased motivation, reduced concentration, and productivity, exacerbated issues such as depression and anxiety and poorer immune system function.
